    Abstract: As the email service is becoming an important communication way on the Network, the spam is increasing every day. This paper describes a new filtering model based on email content by using Back-Propagation Neural Networks (BPNN). And for the Chinese email, it uses Natural Language Processing & Information Retrieval Sharing Platform (NLPIR) system to perform Chinese word segmentation. The simulation results show that this model can precisely filter the Chinese spam.

    Abstract: Community structure is one of important characteristics in complex networks and contributes to the understanding of function in corresponding complex systems. Many methods based on modularity optimization have been proposed in the past few years. To obtain a good community partition, they must maximize the modularity from scratch, which have low efficiency. In this paper, we suggest a novel method which first constructs a small network according to connection strength index and then uses Blondel method to detect communities. Experimental results on real and synthetic networks show that compared with the traditional method our method can not only maintain the quality of communities but also improve the efficiency greatly.

    Abstract: With the growing popularity of teaching resources platform construction, various forms of teaching resource materials more and more, how to provide users with intelligent recommendation of teaching resources is a key issue. This article will be introduced to the trust relationship neighbor recommended an improved algorithm recommendation algorithm, designed to ease cold start recommendation system, we recommend that affect the process of distrust. The recommendation that the improved algorithm is applied to Java EE-based teaching resource recommendation system, effectively improve the system of teaching resources recommended to the user efficiency and accuracy, improve the real-time requirements so that online learning system.

    Abstract: The teaching quality evaluation system is always the significant part in teachers' examination management. With the require of higher talents quality in society, the conventional teaching quality evaluation is in the soup. This essay present a program which is basic on teaching quality evaluation system of Java EE to solve the problem .Including the instability operation ,hard maintain of teaching quality system now and the defect in confirming value of AHP in comprehensive evaluation. The system includes JSF(Java Server Faces) EJB(Enterprise Java Bean) and JPA(Java Persistence API), uses mode of MVC to develop and build PSO_AHP model to solve the problem of the unavailability in improving value and indicator uniformity when judgement matrix is certain in AHP. The essay's results of data comparison chart reveal the solution proposed in the paper is desired. Meanwhile the performence that how to improve teaching quality evaluation proposed in the paper is more likely to have a valuable implication in company or related field.

    Abstract: In this paper, an application architecture of intelligent tutoring system of primary mathematics based on EGL (Enterprise Generation Language) and integrating Web 2.0 technology is proposed. Through the process of design and implementation of intelligent tutoring system of primary mathematics, the key feature of the architecture is demonstrated – developers can focus on the business issues what code handle without caring for software technical details. The architecture is simple, easy to use and across languages, frameworks and runtime platforms. In addition, it can reduce the cost during the development stage of application and effectively improve the real-time requirements and human–computer interaction experience of intelligent tutoring system of primary mathematics.

    Abstract: Knowledge acquisition (KA) is a hard problem in knowledge engineering. Big Data Analytics (BDA), aiming at derives value out of big data, sheds light on this problem. Advanced data analysing methods and computational platforms make it possible to imitate large members of communities and interactions among the community members. This paper reports the efforts on capturing organisational knowledge through a “Contested Collective Intelligence (CCI)” model in the web environment. We assume that web users are individual experts and the whole web community is a big organisation. The organizational knowledge on the web is emerged and revealed through the interactions where individual users freely express themselves and interact with others to clarify facts, argue about meaning and debate about truth through claim and counterclaims. It is a hope that by capturing those claims, the connections between claims and the final agreement on understanding of the meaning, the collective knowledge emerged on the web can be captured, stored and reused.
